babalokenath.org is owned and operated by Lokenath Divine Life Mission (“the Mission”, “we”, “us”), 277 Shanti Pally, Near Kasba Garden High School, Kolkata 700107, West Bengal, India. By using this website, making a donation, offering a Puja Archana, or placing an Ashram order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About the Mission

The Mission carries out spiritual, charitable, educational, and social service work inspired by Baba Lokenath. Donations received through this website are used for this work.

2. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary. You confirm that the money you donate is your own and that the information you provide (name, phone, email, address, PAN, and Aadhaar where required) is true and complete.
  • Donations are received in Indian Rupees through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank login details.
  • To receive a receipt that can be used for a deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, you must provide your PAN. If you choose not to provide PAN, you confirm that you will not claim an 80G deduction for that donation.
  • For donations above ₹5,001 (one-time or monthly), you must provide your PAN or your Aadhaar number, as required for our records and compliance. PAN is needed to claim an 80G deduction.
  • Donations are non-refundable except as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Monthly donations

  • You may choose to donate a fixed amount every month, from ₹100 to ₹11,001 per month. For compliance reasons, larger monthly donations cannot be accepted online; please contact us instead.
  • When you start a monthly donation, you approve a one-time mandate with your card or bank account. The first payment is taken that day, and the same amount is debited on about the same date each month.
  • You will receive a reminder before each debit, as required by the Reserve Bank of India.
  • You can stop your monthly donation at any time, as explained in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Puja Archana offerings

Puja Archana offerings are made on your behalf at the Ashram with the name and Gotra you provide. They are not eligible for an 80G deduction.

5. Ashram orders

Books and other items may be ordered from the Ashram. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, shipping, and payment before the order is processed. See our Shipping and Exchange Policy.

6. Use of the website

  • Content on this website, including text, images, videos, and publications, belongs to the Mission or is used with permission. You may share it for personal, non-commercial devotional purposes with credit to the Mission. Any other use needs our written permission.
  • You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • Devotional stories and teachings are shared as matters of faith and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the Mission is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law.

8. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
