This policy applies to books and other items ordered from the Ashram of Lokenath Divine Life Mission (“the Mission”). Donations, monthly donations, and Puja Archana offerings involve no shipping; receipts are sent by email.

1. How orders work

After you place an Ashram order on the website, our team contacts you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability, the shipping cost, and payment (UPI or bank transfer). Your order is processed once payment is received.

2. Shipping within India

  • Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of payment being received.
  • Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.
  • We share tracking details where the courier provides them.

3. Orders from outside India

Orders to other countries are arranged individually. Our team will confirm whether we can ship to your country, the shipping cost, and the expected delivery time before you pay.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and a photo of the item and packaging.
  • After checking, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount you paid for that item as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, as items are offered in a spirit of seva.
