My mind is restless how do I bring my mind to a calmed happy state?

Mindfulness is to be aware of the moment. Just watch, your mind is either in the past or in the future. You are never in the present. That is the cuase of your restlessness, your agony. As such all peace and bliss is in the Present. Past is dead. Future is not born yet. Hence, you can’t find what you are searching in those areas. You can only find that in the present. In order to bring your mind to the present you need to practice Mindfulness. I shall write a blog on this, do follow the blog section as to how you can practice mindfulness in daily life.
