Pronam Baba, I am suffering from acute depression, anxiety and stress since last 5-6 years. My mind is full of negative feelings be it work or family. While working I am fearful of making mistakes, or missing deadlines, misappropriating works and when at home I feel like my words will make my family feel sad, i am not giving time to family. In other words I am leading a fearful life with zero mental peace since last 5-6 years. When I sit for meditation negative thoughts keep invading my mind.
